SHOWCASE LISTING
We recently were able to put Georgia’s in a fantastic space at the new Long Beach Exchange project in Long Beach. This is Georgia’s second location and getting them into a prime new location was a challenge for a newer concept. With careful packaging and presentation, we succeeded in procuring a prime location in the center after extensive negotiations. We can happily say that both the client and landlord are happy with the results and Georgia’s is beating projections. Time to find their third location!
